Paperless Billing

Inline with Tourico Holiday’s ongoing commitment to streamlining manual and cumbersome processes, we have launched the first phase of a paperless and automated AP process.

 

Suppliers are asked to send payment requests in the format of a simple Excel Spreadsheet. This format serves several purposes;

 

  • Reduction in paper and communication costs.
  • Emailed invoices are automatically imported into our workflow process. No manual intervention required.
  • Provides and standardizes information received to allow for faster processing and reconciliation
  • Will allow for automated electronic import and processing of matching invoices.

Reporting at Time of Cut Off

Effective February 24th 2008:

all reservations will be reported at the time of cut off. Reservations will no longer be reported on a ‘Sell and Report’ basis. This change follows detailed analysis of our client’s booking trends, and will provide immediate benefits to you:

  • Instantaneous relief from high amounts of booking amendments and cancellations.
  • Significant reduction in fax, communication, processing and paper costs.

 

How it will work:

  • You will receive the final booking 2-3 days prior to the contracted cut off date.
  • Faxed confirmations of every booking are no longer required. Allotment bookings will be held as confirmed at time of cut-off.
  • If you wish to enter confirmation numbers via the Extranet Suite, you will have 48hrs to do so.
  • Any new bookings, cancellations or amendments made within this 48hr period, will be reported at the actual cut off.
  • Stop Sells must still be processed via Extranet Suite or sent to stopsale@touricoholidays.com. All unreported bookings will be reported within 2 business days.
  • You can remain on sell and report basis, exclusively through our improved Extranet Suite.
